Default cornelius kegs/ soda kegs

I know there are some home brewers on here.

I have several of the double handle cornelius kegs or "corny" kegs that are taking up space in the garage, I have cleaned them out with "powdered brewery wash" and replaced all the o rings, they hold pressure and I used them for homebrew beer. $30 each or $25 if you buy 4 or more. please send a pm for more info.

Are these the kegs considered 1/6th barrel? My bro does grain brewing and uses the 1/6 barrels and might be interested.

I don't check the ads often so shoot me a PM.

Thanks!

A barrel is 31 gallons so 1/6 barrel would be 5 1/6 gallons. In the commercial brewery world, I believe the 1/6 barrels that are commonly referred to use a Sankey keg coupling.

Corny kegs are a true 5 gals and have soda fittings on them.

Bad Fish, are these pin or ball lock kegs?

a 5 gal keg and a corny keg are very close in capacity,

these are ball lock kegs. (like a quick coupler).

Just bought a kegerator and I'm planning to try my hand at brewing. A couple of these I guess is what I need. I can PayPal the money. Do you think you could deliver the kegs on your way past the house.
