Camper Dry Rot Repair

Im Finally going to have some time to repair the dry rot in my camper. Its located in the front lower corner and includes a tie down as well as about 4 feet of the lower edge 2x

Is there an easy way to pull a portion of the skin or am I stuck pulling the skin of the whole side???

any and all advise is welcome!!!

You might go to RV.net and look around. They have a camper forum like ifish. I know some guys over there have done similar repairs.
