Check your eyesight! One, or Two? Just for fun!
I spent the day redesigning, cleaning up, and re coding the front page of ifish. I wanted it cleaned up, and faster to load.
Now, I don't know if I like the colors. You tell me. Switch between:
The new one
and...
The old one
Just hit Back, forward, etc, until you find which is more pleasing to your eye. Of course, the new one has a bunch of stuff removed. It's older, and has been put on the Main Directory (which is also redone!)
Let me know!

I voted for the old, but frankly I can't tell the difference. Just don't like change.........

I guess I'm missing something. I couldn't see any difference. Either one is okay with me. Sorry if that doesn't help.

The new one does look cleaner. Probably because stuff has moved or been eliminated. If people can't tell the difference, then I would go with the new. Just my thoughts.

New one looks good! I noticed something was different right away, not a big change! Looks a little cleaner, and it loaded faster for me!

Goooood one. I just went to the eye Doc yesterday. He says I'm far sighted so at this distance I can't tell the difference. Yeah right, they are the same. I really don't see any change.

Re: Check your eyesight! One, or Two? Just for fun!
I do not see enough colour or format change to make a difference. I guess I'll go with the old version.
I have cable so there is not much difference in load times.

Re: Check your eyesight! One, or Two? Just for fun!
The differences I guess won't show unless you study it closely. Yeah, there is a green to yellow color change to add warmth. Different styles to the bars... But the main thing is that I took a bunch of stuff out. I often get asked where the data stuff is: river levels, etc... So I put that in 5 new places, took out the old Diamond Lake stuff, put all of my personal stuff on the left...
Just changed all the furniture around, and took some of it to the dump.
(Or the new directory, which DOES look nicer, I guarantee!)
Thanks for your opinions. I love ya, man.

Re: Check your eyesight! One, or Two? Just for fun!
I had to open them side by side to see the differences. I do like both of them. The new one seems a touch more lively.

Re: Check your eyesight! One, or Two? Just for fun!
OK, thanks for your help. Now the URLS have been changed. I made index1 the real index, so the above links won't work anymore.
All done!
Thanks!
Jen
