There was an interesting article in the local paper that basically stated that they planned the budget with the "new" tax money that would be brought in.. Why would people figure a budget with money that wasn't there? okay.. so that is a stupid question..

But I really REAlly REALLY wish someone would actually tell the truth about this whole money issue..
