Default Sourdough Starter

Hi I was wondering if anyone had a recipe for a sourdough starter they would like to share. I would like to try doing some sourdough bread. Thanks a lot.

No I don't. I've used a packaged sour dough starter made by Goldrush Products.

If you don't have any luck getting one going, let me know. I've been playing with it for a while, and can set you up. Mine eats equal parts of flour and milk.

Thanks guys for the input. I found one online. Have yet to try it but I know now.

I also started an Amish friendship bread starter by finding the recipe online. I was wondering if I could use any of that starter to start a sourdough starter off of? Does anyone have any ideas about that. Thanks again. GCF
