A great little place, trust me. And you can't ask for a better landlord either.

Somebody needs to snatch up this place!

Re: 1 Bedroom Bungalow For Rent
How about this.
10 of you guys buy a share each for $69.50 per month. I'll install a 52" HD flat screen, pool table, pin ball machine, card table and provide a cooler full of beer.
You can use the place as a club house to talk fishing, build tackle and just hang out watching a ball game.
A secret hand shake to get in might be in order?

I guess it might be alright....if you don't mind living across the street from your bar-b-qing, springer killin', beer salesman landlord.

Re: 1 Bedroom Bungalow For Rent
Brilliant!
However I'm thinking more Little Rascals than Flintstones, but either would work.

It just depends on the time of day. House is located about 5 minutes from Washington Square. Both 217 and I5 are about 5 minutes away as well.

Nice idea but is their a duck pond out back? That's the only thing you didn't list that's mandatory.

Re: 1 Bedroom Bungalow For Rent
Is this home still for rent? If so, would the possibility exist for a small dog along with a pet deposit?

I talked to Steve last week and it's been rented. I'll give him the head's up to post that himself.
