Default rebuilding camper jack?

Getting the camper ready for a fishing trip. One of my jacks doesn't hold any longer, leaking fluid. Need to rebuild it. Problem is I can't get the jack off the shaft part covering to get to the seal. It looks like it should come apart, but it won't. Tried prying, twisting, hammering, jacking it up with the two bolts out to hopefull pull the jack off the jack shaft covering. Pretty rusty, but not sure if the jack is the kind where you cant rebuild the main seal. Don't know the brand.

Anyone have experience or offer some advice, tricks of the trade to get this sucker apart???

What brand of jacks do you have, I rebuilt 2 of mine and i do remember a part of the rebuild that went like that . I don't remember for sure but I think it involved a pipe wrench.

The kind I had on a camper years ago could not be rebuilt. Just had to buy a new one. Good luck.
