Default Another Jalapeno Recipe

So I had this idea rolling around in my head yesterday and I decided to give this a try.

4 oz of Cream Cheese softened
4 oz of Sausage, cooked, and diced into cubes. I used Andouille.
1/4 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Oregano
1/4 tsp Basil
chopped onion to taste
1/4 tsp sugar
1 clove minced garlic
10 jalapenos deveined and deseeded.

Cut the stem end of the Jalapeno off. Slice down one side of jalapeno.

Mix all other ingredients into a paste.

Stuff paste into jalapenos. Bake or BBQ for 10 mins at 350 or until heated through. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top with 3 mins remaining on cook time.

You can store uncooked peppers in fridge.

So I made these and they are very tasty but I think something is missing to make them perfect.... I am thinking about adding the juice of half a lime and adding a bit of cilantro. Thoughts? Perhaps I'll add pics later...
