Personal opinion is that it's local crazies.

I'll try to find something I read a few weeks ago about an arrest of some neo-*****.

abc is now reporting that these ricin "attacks" started in November.

The early mailings were reported but not in the mainstream media. I can't find the articles :depressed: The earlier ricin was low quality but it sounds like the latest stuff is much better. There was a bust about the same time as the first ricin mailings. Several neo-***** were busted with large quantities of castor beans (ricin is made from castor beans), cyanide and the makings of several cyanide bombs.
