Contact the SSI in Vacouver, and make an appointment to file for disability. They will have a couselor come in and help you fill out the form. Make sure you have birth certificates, all you Dr's letters stating disability, and any other items. They will let you know what you need to bring in when you make the apt. Once you have the paperwork finished they will contact you to have releases from your dr. and releases for all your medical records. If they agree with you they will pay you back payments to the date you filed for SSI. Most likely you will be rejected. Most people are rejected the first time, sometimes without any reason. IT HAPPENS. Just reapply. Most reasons for rejection is the paperwork is not finished, that's why I say have the counselor help you.
