Oregon Licence ?
Where can I get an Oregon Licence in the St Helens area?
I have a Wa. licence but most of the guests I will have on board will be getting on and off in St Helens. I don't think their Wa. licences will be good.
Although I will be launching at Kalama,I will be staying on Sand Isl. Do I need a tag from Oregon?

Re: Oregon Licence ?
If your fishing in the COlumbia a Washington license is fine. I use mine when I fill my Oregon & have never had a problem. No Williamette fishing with a Washington license though.

You can get a license at Hi School Pharmacy in St Helens. It's right on Hwy 30.

Re: Oregon Licence ?
If you fish the Columbia, Wa tag is fine. It does not matter where you put in at.

Re: Oregon Licence ?
As long as your fishing the main stem of the Columbia River, your Wash. license is good. Mult. channel is considered Oregon waters. Good luck.

Re: Oregon Licence ?
Just a word of warning! If you are fishing the columbia and are an oregon resident DO NOT fish on a washington license! Saw a friend get a $300 for doing so last fall. The law clearly states you MUST fish on a license from the state you are a resident of when on the columbia.
