the guy is asking you to partake in fraud as posing as "relative with same surname and from same country"....oh ya sounds legit to me

All you're going to have to do is send to a total stranger (over the extremely secure internet) all your credit and banking information and be rich ....whats wrong with that?

This scheme or some variation of it is a cottage industry in certain parts of the world. I have been getting these solicitations for twenty years. They started out in handwritten form. E-mail has made it exponentially easier for them to make their pitch. I have no idea how they got my name originally, but I get two or three of these a month. (As you can well imagine...I am now a multi-billionaire because of the "generosity" of these anonymous people)

I got one and replied to it "Great News! Just send me the money.
They replied back "We need a copy of your passport and birth certificate.

Yeah, that's gonna happen!
