Cell Phone Camera Pic Quality

Anyone own a cell phone w/ digital camera? How is the quality of the pictures? What phone do you use? What should I look for when purchasing? Thanks.

I just bought one, an Audiovox CDM8900 as part of a package from Verizon. The camera is a .3 megapixel unit that is of "E-mail" quality and will show what is going on but will not win a photo contest. There is no flash, so you need good light. The pictures are transferred over the wireless network for 25 cents a picture. I got this phone because if you always have your phone then you also always have a camera.
