Upper Clack
Above, North Fork Res. Is it still open for fly fishing?? C/R?? Or did they close it I don't remember if it closed at the end of October or not.

I don't think there are any in the Valley (around Portland). Lots of River in Central Oregon are open for trout year round. Check your regs.

Head to Salem. Walter Wirth Lake and a couple of others I can not think of off the top of my head. Not rivers but it is something and pretty close.
