Default WTB a solid car for my son.
Just throwing this up as we are looking for a reliable car for my son for Christmas. 1000.00 is about all we want to spend. He is 16 and want something solid but it doesn't need to be fancy.

We are open to all years makes and models. Nothing that needs a bunch of work and no junkers also no gas guzzlers as I am sure I will be having to pitch in for gas every now and then, lol

I would give him my montero but its just to tippy.

Now don't laugh, but I have a 1991 Plym colt with 34k original miles!! Automatic with air cond, cd player. It's no chick magnet but would be good CHEAP transportation. Let me know if I can help.

How about a Red 89 Honda Prelude 2.0 SI 5 speed?

Just rebuilt the engine ( new Con rod and Main bearings and ALL new gaskets) and am re installing it in the morning...

I have a call into Dave and we are going to try to work something out.

***, my son is 16 and I dont want him to have anything sporty. Or at least I am not going to buy him anything sporty. But thank you very much for the offer. I am sure someone will buy that and be very happy.
