Default In need of a rod wrapper

I have an old, junker glass rod that I wanted to build into a light plug rod, but I had to move and now live far away from my rod wrapping connection. I am now left with a stripped blank in need of guides, wrapping, and epoxy. If I had time, I would wrap the rod myself, but the new job is eating up my all of my tinkering time.

Does anyone here know of anyone who would put new guides on an old rod? I am okay with mailing the rod, but I am hoping to get it back my Christmas. Thanks for your input.

I would be happy to do that for you and my schedule does permit time to get it back to you before X-mas. However, I am in Sacramento, Ca..

You might be better served if you can find a rod builder in your area but if you can't you can contact me rcadams1957@msn.com

Good luck,
