Sites with streamflow searchable by date??

hey folks,

i'm trying to put together a journal of rivers i've run, organzied by date and cfs. i figure after a few years, i'll have a better idea of what the river's like at certain levels and i'll know whether or not i can run it based on prior days.

problem is, i'm having a tough time finding a site that gives me streamflow data (either in cfs or gage height) for days prior to about a week ago. i'm trying to backfill this journal to June of 2003.

anyone know of how to do this?
