Default How is the drive to Redmond, Or?

I coach a wrestling team. I have a number of wrestlers that are attending the Oregon Classic this weekend. We will be heading down tonight after work. We will be coming from the Seattle area and I am wondering what the road conditions will be like. I guess I am primarily concerned about from I-5 to Redmond. Can you help us out?

Thanks

I think if you take the Santiam pass you will be ok. Hwy 26 between Warm springs and Madras is a mess. Check out the Tripcheck link for central oregon. Between Warm Srings and Madras they were requiring chains. Sisters to Redmond is above freezing today and the roads should be clear.

Might be not too bad. Could get icy, be careful, carry chains, take your time.

AVOID I-84 East of portland.

Some people hate the government, but I say God Bless ODOT for: www.tripcheck.com
