All schools are closed in the battle ground area anyone else have schools closed in their area? I think Battle Ground will be closed tuesday also because of the storm were suppose to get. They are expecting 6-10in of snow.
When I was a kid they didnt close the school s.Ever. Even for the worst of storms.
Personally I hate those days ,,, I wake ready to work, and then get told to stay home. Im not a stay home kind of guy and it is always a bit of a bore... Restless and feeling like im waisting the day. id. painter

I LOVE snow days. When the kids are out of school, it gives me a great excuse to work from home which is just as easy (and sometimes more productive) as going to the office. And I get share in the kids' excitement.
I work for a school district and I am every bit as happy as the kids when we have snow days :grin: !! There's something about staying home in a nice cozy house and watching the snow fall that I really enjoy [img]graemlins/hearton.gif[/img] !!
