Default looking for someone to build me a rod

I am shopping for a new float rod for steelhead. I cannot find what I want so I thought I would throw it out here!

Spinning rod 10-11ft. in length. something with a little more backbone than most of the "noodle rods" on the market.

I know loomis and Lamiglas make something similar but I thought I would throw it out here first.

I also don't really care about a lot of cosmetic additions. just the basics.

Anyone interested?? Pm's welcome

Float rods come in all line weights, Lamiglas makes a whole series of them in your length. The Dave Vetter blanks 10 1/2 ft in length, I have a few discontinued Bill Herzog 6 to 10 lb, 10 ft blanks, that I bought at a good price, they aren't anywhere near noodly. PM me if your interested. Rainshadow has a bunch of them also in the same length up the a heavy salmon weight blank the IST 1266. The IST 1263 would be a good choice. I have a few of those also 3 thru 5 power here to look at if you like.
