Easy Fit Pet (Dog) Door.
Size: Large with an opening of 10 1/2" X 15"
Up to 100lbs.
Brand new these sell for $69.99 at Home Improvement stores.

$30.00 obo. I"ll install it for $40.00 (if you're close...)

petsafe.com shows how easy it is to install. We decided our Lab "Buck" is an outside dog and this sat in my shop for the past 4 years. PM me if you want it.
