Question '73 OMC upper gearcase overhaul
I found a shaft & seal repair kit at a good price at http://www.tungstenmarine.com/

To make the repair myself, I'll need an OMC shimming tool. I think they cost about $200, but I won't likely need it again.

Anybody know where to rent or borrow one?
