dog pee = free xmas tree
a local radio station was giving away free trees this morning, the only catch was you bring your dog down and you have 105 seconds to get him to pee on a tree if he does his thing you get the tree.. we got there at 0845 and at 10:00 it was our turn, some dogs got the "stage fright" but not our 5 yr old beagle "zeb" he passed a couple of lesser trees till he found a great noble fir, lifted his leg and hey FREE XMAS TREE!! 
he saved me about $40 bucks.. good dog, zeb.
STG rule should find this funny.

they dont have to pee ON the tree, just near it. one dog didnt pee at all but rather took a big load off next to the tree. they got a tree, and a bag to pick up the dog stuff..

Jeez, thats why bozo has to stay home when we go tree shopping. Or I would end up owning 2 acres worth of slightly tainted Nobles.

My female dog is not capable of the task...but I think I have a fishing buddy that would do the honors with very little encouragement.

My female Jack Russel Terrier, always heist her leg like a male :blush: 
We got a true Charlie Brown Noble tree this weekend at the tree lot The kids love it, what else matters.

My male lab would have claimed every tree in the lot within that 105 seconds!! Very territorial and loves trees (I've gotta get that tree thing under control). :grin:
