Brother in need of a JOB

My Brother is in need of a job.
He has two kids that are well slow called DDL?
DD???
Has a home payment
auto payments ect, like all of us.
He was layed off/fired??
He lives in Camas Wa, but works in Oregon.
Spent 25 years in the Navy, (Thinking going back)
He was a buyer for the last 3 to 4 years for heavy construction co, left to work at PDX inspector??
