Default An American Master in Oregon...

Had the pleasure of meeting a world famous artist today--Lorenzo Ghiglieri. Toured his home and studio--what a privelege! His artwork has been commissioned by 3 Presidents, Gorbachev, the Pope, King Juan Carlos of Spain to name a few.
It is so eclectic and diverse it is amazing, spanning many different styles, from Rembrandt like nudes to Remington like Western Images, yet with his own flavor. If you enjoy art, check out his website at:

Would love to here any comments. Are you as smitten with his work as I am?

That guy is good. "Intrusion At Dusk" is fabulous but I would like to have the "His Master" lion sculpture. "Lorenzo's Liberty" tops them all though. "Eagle" is very nice also. Actually I like everything. It's all very good in my opinion.

If that matters.

How'd you like to stumble across "Diana the Huntress" out in the woods
His images of bears, cougars, elk and deer are fabulous too. His sculptures are incredible! He works on such a HUUUUGE scale, it's unbelievable.
There is an 18' tall Brown Bear in his front yard, though it is tiny when compared to the eagle at Seven Feathers.
Check out the pics with him and all the famous folks on his "commissions page".
