Motorola Talkabout Question

I just purchased a Motorola Talkabout T5720 set and got an orange card that sais I need to license my radios with the FCC. Than later on down the card it sais "When operating on Channels 1-7 or 15-22, this radio is using GMRS frequencies" Now, If I stay off these channels, do I need to still license these little radio's? If I have to pay a $75.00 fee to the FCC then they are going back where I bought them.

Thanks for the info. So it does'nt sound like I need to license these radio's just as long as I stay off the GMRS freq's
