Anchor puller

I have an E Z anchor puller,that came with the used boat I bought. It came rigged when I got it,and I can not get it to work.Im not sure if the anchor line is on correctly. Does anyone have a diagram or can you explain how to rig it. I am pretty sure Im working it correctly when trying to motor ahead,and pull up my anchor with my boat. I could not find much on the EZ Marine web site.

I think I have it figured out. I was looking for something more complicated.
