I broke an old one I had last winter. I just went to their web site and there is a link for how to send items in for repair. They ened up just sending me a new one.

I second taking it to GI Joes. You can also send it to Gerber and in a couple of weeks...Voila, new multi-tool.

I have sent one Gerber in and was replaced and I have taken one Leatherman back to GI Joes and it was also replaced.

No problems either way.
