I got a nice smally today (photo)
I fished today and landed a few fish but when the wind picked up the bite stopped. I did get one just over 4 pounds.

The wind came up and was blowing about 20 mph.
And yes it was a Texas riged 3 inch senko (brown).

Good to see your still hammerin them! I still have hope for one more trip further east on the Gorge, but not sure I'll make it before it turns too cold for my fragile bones

the spot is on the Columbia river with in three miles of The Dalles.

Man....thats one of the most healthy smallies I've ever seen. The tail, the coloration, the girth. Perfect predator. Great catch!

YES She is in the river and swimming with the fishes  she is alive. I never eat bass I catch. I like crappie better :-P
