Sitting at a nice little outdoor food stall after a run in the jungle, a gentle breeze carries the smells of the food cooking a few feet away past our noses. BHAM! The cook threw a couple pounds of padas (HOT!!!) chilies into boiling palm oil. The capsicum in the air litterally knocked me out of my chair. :shocked:
Anyhow, the recipe sounds great. I know where Safeway is, could you please tell me where to catch some nice fresh steelhead. :grin:
