Hatchery tour

Yes tour Tacoma Power is giving a tour today and Thursday March 4. to show the people how there new hatchery going to work.But we all know that this is a wine& dinn'em thing.Only 25 poeple can go on each day.Am going thurday my biggest question is with the cut back of fish plants from 900,000ibs to 650,000 the 900,000 was the orignal plan.If I buy a car for $100.00 a month for two years and don't pay the car goes back right.But if I pay the car off it my car right.Why came big bussiness get away with this.All so the water flow suck on the Cowlitz up down up down up down if you had one flow year round say 6000cfs that would be better for the fish? So help me with same more ? to ask.Oh I don't think the States going to be there to ask them ? Poor cow how I love her so

It's worse then that!

The settlement Agreement called for production not to exceed 650, 000 lbs. Tacoma has made sure of that! If YOU READ Tacoma's FHMP (page 38), the pounds are only going to be 530,000 lbs. That's another 100,000 lbs of fish less then you had thought!

We are realy getting screwed, and the State is going along with it!

Cowlitzfisherman yes my number are probably wrong but all the agency have diffent numbers so who really knows.Power Vs Sportmen Sportmen lose.And State and Power Win.The state of washington is not helping fish on the cowlitz at all.And it a dam SHAME!!!!!!
