If a chicken had lips could it whistle???

a whistle can whistle and it doesn't have lips. what's stopping the chicken?

if chickens are afraid.... would they be chicken chickens? and what is it about the other side of the road any how.....and which came first... the chicken or the mcmuffin? so many questions so little time....................
