Default Will the Farmer's Almanac let us go fishing?

A co-worker of mine said all of this arctic weather was predicted in the Farmer's Almanac, but I didn't get a chance to ask him if more of it is coming our way later this winter. Any Ifisher out there know the answer to this question? I know it has been a long time since we have had a really "hard" winter, but this weather sure puts the binders on fishing. Cabin fever has definitely set in and I need to get a line wet.

Boy, I hear you on that one!
I might try to hit a river tomorrow if time, weather, and water levels permit...!

I've been impressed with the Farmer's Almanac accuracy this year. See for yourself

If it is true looks like another cold blast in a few weeks.

Had to give up my Farmer's Almanac at the airport last week; supposedly terrorists use 'em and I didn't want to be detained.

Are you serious? I think we may be doing a bit of overkill here...

"Can I search your backpack?"

"Sure go ahead, nothing to hide."

"What's this?"

"That's a Farmer's Almanac for the Pacific Northwest."

"No. This device has been known to hijack planes in South Eastern Estonia. We'll have to detain you for questioning..."

"What... "
