Just off the phone with their service dept. My 1712 radar wasn't working and sent it off to them for a look. A 7 year old unit with very little time on it - they diagnosed an interface board repair ( a few resistors blown) and its up and going .....

the best news - no charge .... SuWEET

All the folks that I've talked to there seem to be top notch folks..
