gas station signs

You know those changeable letter signs that gas stations and minimarts have......? The ones with the arrow on top? The ones that try to sell one too many things in too few words? Ever see one that's hard to forget?

Somewhere around Lincoln City is a station called the Towne Pump!

There is one in a town I live by that say's "23 HOUR TOWING" I'm still trying to figure that one out. I think they reserved that hour just in case the're not in the mood to help you at that time. :tongue:

Well, have you had a "MF" turkey bacon ranch today?! They must really want to sell them if they're willing to curse at everyone.

If anyone knows an Arby's executive, I would consider selling the negatives. Otherwise, I think I'll send them to Jay Leno. :grin:

I went past a "Liquidators" store in Seattle one time and noted the portable sign outside that said:

Toilet Seats
Park At Rear

I like the sign out at Lee's camp store along HWY 6. I don't know if it is still this, but it used to read:

SAND
SHRIMP
BREAKFAST

My favorite was a chain of ATM machines in Mexico that read $EXCHANGE$ ..........No thank you really, I'm happy just being a guy. :smile:
