I converted one of my trailers to bunks. I am not one to re-invent the wheel, so I went to Chinook Landing with my digital camera and took pictures of trailers like mine with bunks. Mainly the parts and connections that I would need to purchase. Then I got the parts from WestMarine Supply, Fishermans, and some mail order, like...

The problem with mail order is the shipping cost is high. Hope this helps.

if it's an ezloader trailer. They have a web page and you can order any part for it. And talk with a tech that can fix you right with the right
part for your trailer..

WOW I have a bunk and wanted to convert to roller but the cost was so much that it didn't seem worth it. When I looked into it the cost for parts alone to go from bunk to roller is $2600.00 from EZ Loader. Didn't seem worth it. What is the load rating for your trailer. Usually roller trailers are a lot easier to get boat centered. My current bunk trailer is a huge pain to try and get the boat centered.
