Default Anyone else have Harborside?

Since Harborside was bought by Carrollsweb.com, I have never in my life seen worse service.
My e mail has been down since the 11th, and they say they are slowly leaking out mail in "bursts."

Bursts happen to consist of one e mail per hour or less! It is the 13th now, and I am just now receiving e mails from 6 PM on the 11th!

If this was the only thing that had happened since their purchase, I wouldn't complain. But I have been "down" several times for long periods of time, also.

When it was Harborside who owned the company, I was a happy camper for many years. I'm not anymore, OK? Not a happy camper at all. This is rediculous, unreliable, interupted internet service. :depressed: I'm bummed. It's a hassle to change my e mail address, because of all of the business contacts I have. I am sure you can relate. It sure looks like this is what I'll have to do, however.

True! I don't get many of those, luckily, but there are a few!

Jen, the service at ifish.net seems to be very good. You should give it a try.
I made the change and it didn't take long to get the word out.

I wish I could. Tillamook is the one area they don't serve yet. They are working on it, though!
