Re: Jailblazer strikes again!!!!
Maybe we should dump the blazers and focus on baseball. For pete's sake follow the rules kids. Man this stuff ticks me off.

Re: Jailblazer strikes again!!!!
I think Woods should be ashamed of himself! Owning a 2 year old vehicle! What's he thinking?! Such a disgrace for someone of his stature

Re: Jailblazer strikes again!!!!
They, the Blazers management, need to make it hurt when these yo yo's don't follow the rules. Anyone on the team with a modicum of sense would have made sure they had their drivers license and insurance docs after the big deal was made about Rasheed.
I like the quote by Nash about Damon. He said something to the effect that he could not trade Damon for a chair this summer.

Re: Jailblazer strikes again!!!!
It's really unfortunate that this group of overpaid social losers is unwittingly serving as role models to a generation of young people that are in need of much more responsible guidance than these bozos could ever hope to provide.
I still believe that the fans should tell the Blazers what they think of them by boycotting games. Not that it will ever happen, but hey, I'm as much of a dreamer as the next guy!

Re: Jailblazer strikes again!!!!
Jerome Kersey was hired specifically to prevent this sort of crap. Where was he?

Jailblazer strikes again!!!!
Here we go again....
Woods don't know the rules..
Boy, and it appears that Damon may have a way out of his bust in Phoenix, also....guess you have to be allowed to go back through the metal detector without being searched if you don't want to be??

Re: Jailblazer strikes again!!!!
I think he was quoted something to the effect of "I didn't realize I was going to be checking driver's licenses and insurance cards as well!"
I feel sorry for Kersey, I hope he can stick it out, and do some good. One of the all time class-act hustler Blazers!

Re: Jailblazer strikes again!!!!
It's not like the guy was busted for drugs or assault. Yeah its one more incident, one more newspaper article....but really, is it THAT big of a deal?? I'll lose sleep over it when it is something serious.

Re: Jailblazer strikes again!!!!
CT - I sorta agree with you - if you or I had the same ticket we'd be labeled stupid by our wives and coworkers, but it certainly wouldn't make the newspaper.
However, these guys know they are under a microscope because of their history of doing notoriously stupid things so it IS sort of a big deal when they keep getting busted.
I was thinking the other day though when Rasheed got a ticket for no insurance - who really cares if Rasheed has auto insurance? The minimum requirement is for 25/50 - why should a guy who has several million dollars be required to have a 25/50 auto policy? He's the equivalent of a "self insured" business.
