Panic! :shocked: Here we are packing for Alaska and I run across my son's Curado, totally fried on over 200 silvers last year in Yakutat. Big trouble. Not a happy reel.

Off to Ollie Damon's to plead for a quick tune-up and new drag washers before we leave. No problem. Same day service! Unbelievable.

Off to Alaska!

I've never had a problem with them. The other day I came into their shop just before closing time' with a disabled tuna rod that I had to have the next day. They fixed it and chased me out of their shop and only charged me $5.00.

Just recently many others have however. :depressed:

I hope the issue has been corrected.

I would check the work commissioned before I left the shop regardless of who that was.

I used to take for granted that repairs would be completed proffesionaly.........but now I'm once bitten twice shy!
