Default Apology to Straydog

I guess you got me in one of those moods last night. I don't know why I was so touchy. But I was. I did not think then, nor do I think now, that you are biased in any way. I think you're a fine upstanding individual. I should have just let it go. I did not. Mea culpa. I hope you will accept my apology. I took your reply, and made a personal issue out of it, which I should not have done. After sleeping on it, I really don't know what my problem was. I lacked charity, humility, and a reasonable demeanor. I will strive in the future not to be such a weiner.

Wow. I want to learn from you for next time I screw up. That was awesome. What an example you set.

Holy Cow.

What a great ending to a great day!

Was fishing the river bank below Galice after working my way down with good local independent business people enjoying a remarkable Salmon season as I am, from about 5 till dark. During the calm of sunset, I was thinking back on how much enjoyment "my" river has afforded me, how much I love living here, how lucky I am to be living here and how great my job is. I sell a lifestyle, not just outdoor equipment and to be able to do it in rural southern Oregon on the Rogue River is truly a blessing.

Now I check in here and find this!

First, let me say thank you. I appreciate very much you coming on here and saying what you did.

Also please know that I did not take our exchange nearly as hard as you seem to be making it on yourself.

And lastly, let me coin a phrase........"been there, done that". No problem.

Thanks again and have a great weekend.

Yes I have seen Straydog get into situations where he opened his mouth and inserted both feet! Everyone has bad days but not everyone has the class that you have display Mr. Brew
