Thursday joke
A police officer on his typical evening shift patrols "lovers lane" and sees the usual cars with fogged windows, but wonders why one of the cars has its interior lights blazing.
He stops and motions for the young man in the front seat to roll the window down.
The young man places his laptop computer aside and complies with the officers request.
"goodevening sir" says the officer. "what exactly are you folks doing"?
"Well officer, I am reading an online magazine"
"Hmm" replies the officer. "and the young lady in the back, what is she doing?"
"I believe she is knitting a sweater sir"
The officer asks the man "how old are you son?"
The man replies "22 sir"
"And how old is the young lady in the back seat?"
The man looks at his watch, grins and says "in 11 minutes and 13 seconds she'll be 18!"
