Default 2005 SeaDoo GTX

Selling the wife's Seadoo to buy another boat.

We are the original owners of this awesome machine and have the title in hand. It has a meager 22.5 hours on it (reason we are selling) and has been used exclusively in freshwater and stored in a heated garage with the cover on. It's mechanically perfect and has had the 10 hour recommended service. Has a few minor surface nicks and scratches that would be expected but nothing major - I'd rate it at 9.5 cosmetically. We've washed it and meticulously dried it after each use.

It has a Bombardier 1494cc engine with 155 hp and tops out at about 55 mph. Ran in fresh water only and only adult driven. Never wrecked and we are both pretty conservative (i.e. scared to do anything crazy ) drivers. It's never been started in shallow water so nothing has ever been sucked into the intake (this part is important - I see a lot of people run these all the way into shore and they suck enough water to pull rocks up from the bottom in shallow water) I've only towed a skiier once and it will pull 2 wakeboarders even with a spotter on board. It's rated for 3 people on board.

Comes with the trailer of course (can tow with a car) and I've added the tongue jack and tie downs. The cover is the matching SeaDoo designed for this model year and stays in place while towing. Have dock line and will throw in a few tow ropes and a wakeboard if the price is right.

Price is $5000. Joe Traylor 503-803-5988 cel. I live less than a mile from Scappoose Bay boat launch if you want a test drive.

Price reduced to $5000, firm. This is a few thousand less than this ski should sell for. New ones are well over $10k. I have a guy committed at $5K, but apparently he's having trouble scrounging up the cash. I'll be around all weekend if someone wants a test drive. Will meet in Portland for a serious buyer.
