Default Forget somthing?

I went out with a friend of mine in a new duckworth boat. I have a junk bayliner so it was a treat to fish such a cool boat. But after a few moments in his boat i said nice boat but its missing somthing. My friend looked at me like i was drunk and said what could be missing from such a nice boat that my bayliner has. I said a NET. We hooked up a nice springer and had a heck of a time landing it. So it's not the boat but the equiptment you bring with you.

It's funny, if you forget to bring your net it seems like your more likely to need it. It has happened to me, more than once. Now I pack two!

I forgot the bait, I think that's more important than a net. You only need a net IF you hook a fish. You need the bait TO hook the fish.

Ah, but would you still have hooked the fish if you'd remembered the net? Sounds like the Fish Gods were just having a little fun w/ you...
