Working on putting a deal together on a very nice new house in the
Oceanside area and I thought I would offer up some information to IFish members.
3 master bedrooms, each with private bath, walk in closet and fireplace
1 other bedroom that will have bunk beds in it.
About 3200 Sq Ft, limited ocean view. Very nice home with upscale features.
Most likely paying below developer/builders cost.
Looking for one more person or couple to make 4 owners.
Lots of issues, but I did this same thing with a couple of Condos at The Inn at Spanish Head and know how to make it work and be fair.
Bottom line is will probably cost you $500 - $700 month for all expenses, payment, utilities, maintance, etc and that is before any income you might get renting it out a few weeks/nights a year to family and friends.
