Need movers or referral to one

Sometime around the 22-24 Sept I will be moving and need some help with the big stuff. Anybody know a small moving outfit with a couple of experienced guys and a truck? thanks in advance

I moved about 1 1/2 years ago. I used Willamette Valley movers. I talked to the owner and to move just the heavy stuff he offered me two guys and a truck for $ 50.00/ hour. I moved the clothes, dishes, and other small stuff. They moved all the big stuff and hauled it up to a third floor apartment. They even reassembled the table and beds. Took a total of 5 hours including drive time. The guys were a little tough looking but they were workers. I gave them each a twenty for a few beers. I'd hire them again.
