Default Invasive species sign on Wilson

The other day I noticed a VERY HUGE sign on the lower Wilson river. It had MANY involved measure folks should take to defeat these pesky varmints (Invasive Species). My concern is that I WANT an EASY way to do it! Why not have something like Portapotty walk-thrus with bleach solution to clear footgear or other methods that the MAJORITY will use? I was SHOCKED by the sign and realized that it will probably take a MASSIVE education program by ODFW to get some kind of handle on this problem. Otherwise...good luck folks! What do you think? Id like to hear some ideas for measure that would have a reasonable chance of changing peoples behavior.
This is disturbing......

There was a previous posting about invasive species in Oregon and I did a bit of Googling. I came up with a strange coincidence...

Benzythonium Chloride, Copper Sulfate, and 409 Degreaser are each recommended for cleaning boots and waders. But the benzylthonium chloride chemical is made here in Oregon and, surprisingly, the company also markets it as a treatment for Poison Ivy ! So carrying along this 1 item for 2 purposes might be worthwhile.

We will soon be forced to buy a 5 dollars stamp for most boats to fund the ODFW program about invasive species.
