Default School\'d by Spooled on the USS HogHunter

Well, here is today's gator report aboard the USS HogHunter...

Lets just say we were school'd by Spooled today...Fishing & Catching for gators today was great but the 59 1/2 incher Troy put in the boat late in the day was an awesome site...He scored on another as well in the mid-40's

Boe did his regular thing by putting another quality keeper (Mid 40's) & yours truly had 1 (Low 40's)...Many others pushing the limit as well.

Well here is the damage...Hope this big guy comes the HogHunters way next Saturday at the derby...

Troy's Behometh (59.5")

Boe's damage...

Troy with another nice one...

Yours Truly with a small sized one but nonetheless fun...

Troy & Boe...as always it was great hanging with you guys today...Hey "Get Bent" & "******" ...Don't be giving away my honey hole for next Saturday and by the way...get out of my other fishing hole...

Tight Lines All...

Now for the real story we would have been done by 8:30 in the morning bottom sucking carp are not hard to catch dident have to move real easy
Now for the bad part the HOGHUNTER wanted our spot so what dose he do winds up his hillbilly record player grabs the VHF pulls the trigger and brodcasts hillbilly sounds in to my boat it was either give up our spot or or carve my ears off or slit my wrists we left
thats my story and im sticking to it
KHH BOE AND spooled GOOD TO SEE YOU GUYS
REMEMBER SPOOLED OUT FISH THE HILLBILLY FISH IN YOUR BOAT NEXT TIME

Something about that first picture looks a little fishy. Looks like you guy's did reel good. I spent my day cleaning tree branches off to river bottom.

Nice sturgeon, but I'm more baffled at that bucket load of scent in the back. And to think I thought that slick was from that freighter.

Good going fellas!! I heard it was a little smokey up ther around St. H over the weekend. Or is that the white, sandy beaches of the MC? Or maybe just a pesky fog bank that rolled in....hmmmmm?

You know...

Usually I don't do this kind of thing to the background and I fought it hard to do it this time but next week is Derby Day and if you have read any of my posts in the last month & 1/2 ....

Well, the truth is...Get Bent & the SaltWater Cowboy threatened to tie my 38# anchor around my anckle and see how good I could swim with it...

Sorry for the lack of background folks and after next Saturday I will put the original picture up there...

OBTW, this spot is really, really secret and no one ever fishes it...

Huh.....that first picture is a phoney. Notice the pixels around the edge of the fish and the fisherman and that the wiskers are shorter than normal for that size of a fish? This a plain and outright fraud my friends. You can tell this is a fraud because Beatle Juices head is way smaller that its actual size. and look at the really small hands too. Very poor attempt my friends and you should be ashamed of yourselves. BTW I know where you were fishing. he he he he...... See ya there SAturday.

Pssst.... I will be fishing, but not in the "carp qwest." Qwest spots? Send email and money.

If you hear Ridgerunner courting "music" playing in KHH's boat, please remove all children to at least a couple of miles away and turn off your VHF radio!

Was a blast. You guys are a hoot. Good fortunes next Saturday.

nothing short of awesome!
Can't wait for the derbies. I spent yesterday making up some new scents to try. Tweaking the gear, tuning the rods and reels. I'm all set.
Bring on more gators!

Hey Rick...

I know when I started playing that music that you truly got excited and that is why Get Bent had to get off the water for fear of a Hillbilly Revival starting right in the middle of the river...

It was great seeing you guys out there and looks like good times ahead...

I can vouch for that 38 pound anchor. I don't think it's the weight of the anchor I would concern my self with, it's the 40 feet of chain behind it that would get me scared

Come on Terry breakdown and confess, the haze in the picture is the vapor that condenses from all the BS that just naturally occurs when two or more ////kickers are allowed in close proximity to each other.

Scott, I'm with you, some of the tunes played on the SS Pig Packer sound like a cat with it's tail caught in the screen door.

I've got a feeling the ol SS PP is gonna be the winner of the Sturgeon Challenge. Good going guys!

Hey Randy...

You told me you liked the DAC clean version of the hillbilly toe tapping love songs...

Man, I probably should burn that CD but I have had too many requests to actually burn copies of this...

As for the derby...Spooled put some cold water in the bath tub and he is keeping that beast alive for us till next Saturday

We could definately use that one next Saturday but I have a feeling it is going to be a mad dash to some of these Honey Holes...

A happy Get Bent co-worker Matt. We sent back six keepers. Four for two of us in Get Bent's boat and two next to us in Matt's boat.

Captain KHH and Get Bent. Since I am not fishing the "derby" send me the "payola" and I won't be anchored up in your spots.

I can hear it now though on the radio. KHH and Tacklebuster, "turn that #!%* off!"
