Rainbows, Brookies, the occasional Cutt, and Kokes. The lake has a very healthy population of crawfish, big too! I havent fished it from the banks in a long long time (boat lately), but I imagine the typical trout stuff will work. Half worm+marshmellow, egg under bobber, powerbait, casting out hardware, etc...Around the dam is usually productive, as well as where the Oak Grove arm drains into the lake. Stand on the big rocks at the entrance and cast out to the channel that is cut in the lake bottom where they meet. Don't be afraid to cast upwards into the Oak Grove arm either where it meets w/the lake. If you stay hidden you will find some holding behind/under the rocks there. Hope this helps. BTW...like your tagline...TR was a good man!
