Default So, I\'m lazy....

and dont want to look this up in the regs. I have my drift boat up at Haag Lake, I pull my son and wifeee around on inflatable lounge chairs with a 9 hp merc just idleing. Do they need to be wearing life vests? we go like one mile an hour. Just need to know? thanks in advance.
