Just had a spiffy experience with the phone folks at Plano. Called about the hinge on my tackle box (One of my Guide Series ones,) and the lady checks on it. She comes back on and tells me they're just going to replace the thing, flat out! I'm impressed. Will definitely continue purchasing their product.

I've only had two unpleasant experiences with Plano and they made it right both times, quickly and no hassle. They get more of my money than I care to think about and will continue.....
I wish i could get the boxes of mine back that i have retired and thrown away . I had no Idea that plano was like that. Oh well, now i know. Plano all the way AHE!!!!!!!!!!! :smile:
I love taking Texans on guided trips.They look at things from a different viewpoint than most folks.Your word,actions and charcter seem to mean more in Texas.Plano has always been a great consumer friendly company. Let's not abuse them in any way.Sometimes even Plano tackle boxes wear out.At least thats what some folks tell me.
